Housing Case Manager

Catholic Community Services of Lane County is seeking a Housing Case Manager.  Up to full time position working in multiple CCS programs.  Responsible for information & referral to community resources, intake and assessment for program participation, short and long term case management of families and individuals, and tracking participation using a database.  Must have experience and / or education that demonstrates an understanding of client centered, strengths based, case management and issues related to homelessness and barriers to self-sufficiency.  BA / BS relevant to the work preferred but experience may be substituted.  Bilingual skills preferred, but not required.  Click here for a complete job description.
