Catholic Community Services is now helping sign Oregon kids up for health coverage.
We can help uninsured children or help with OHP reapplication paperwork for insured kids. |
Healthy Kids provides FREE or LOW-COST coverage for doctor visits, hospitalizations, prescriptions, dental and vision care, and more.
Eligibility is based on age, monthly family income and residency.
No family makes too much for Healthy Kids. Even middle-income families may qualify for coverage on a sliding scale. For example, a family of four can earn as much as $67,200 per year and may qualify for the low-cost option. |
