Family Support and Connections offers families the support of a caring case manager who can help you find the resources and support you need to reduce family stress and increase opportunities for family success.

Ask yourself these questions:

Do I sometimes feel stressed as a parent and wish I had more support?

Is there anything I’d like to change to make my family stronger?

Would I like information or assistance from local agencies that serve families?

Catholic Community Services provides Family Support and Connections throughout Lane County.  It is a free, voluntary and family-friendly service that is funded by the Oregon Department of Human Services.
