Case Manager I 

(FSC)

 The Case Manager I position supports enrolled families by working with them to increase self-sufficiency and identify opportunities. 

Case Manager II -

Multilingual RISP

 The Case Manager II position is responsible for assessing client needs, creating service plans, and connecting clients with internal and external resources.

Communications

Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator leads fundraising and event planning efforts, is a critical storyteller for CCSLC, and creates opportunities and strategies to ensure agency growth and development.

Housing

Navigator

The Housing Navigator works to secure housing and resources for program participants, by going above and beyond to solve each homeless crisis, one client at a time.

Immigration Attorney

(RISP)

The Immigration Attorney works to provide immigration legal services to low-income immigrants and their families, and supports their efforts in establishing lives in a new community.

Manager

(RISP)

The Manager oversees the delivery of services to clients through a team of program staff and volunteers, and works with community partners and CCS staff to connect participants to needed resources.
