The challenges we face are significant. Housing costs continue to outpace wage growth, inflation affects the cost of basic necessities, and our community's affordable housing inventory remains limited. Yet every day, we witness the power of hope and determination. We see it in the single mother who secured stable employment through our job readiness program, the senior citizen who kept their home warm through our energy assistance, and the refugee family who opened their own small business.
